What is District 10 4-H Mega Meeting?

District 10 4-H Mega Meeting is an event that gives youth and adults the opportunity to expand their 4-H knowledge and meet 4-H members in District 10. Additionally, County Delegates are encouraged to attend and take part in our first District 10 4-H Council meeting for the year!

District 10 4-H members are encouraged to join us for the 2024 District 10 4-H Mega Meeting held Saturday, August 17th, 2024 at Camp Fimfo (520 Whitewater Way, New Braunfels, TX 78132). This year’s Mega Meeting will feature an interactive personal leadership assessment, life skills workshop and District-wide community service project! After lunch, all members are invited to Camp Fimfo’s water park! AGENDA HERE

Who can attend?

• • ALL Youth Age Divisions (Clover, Junior, Intermediate & Senior) are welcome to this event! Adult volunteers are also welcome to attend this event.
  • Adults and youth who will NOT be participating in the District Mega Meeting workshops are welcome to purchase a GUEST PASS for admission into the water park in the afternoon.

• • Registration Period: July 30 @ NOON – August 9, 2024 via AgriLife Register (HERE)
  • ONLY 250 registration slots available!
  • ALL 4-H youth members, parents, volunteers, agents must register to participate in the event.
    • *YOUTH/ADULT Registration fee includes:
      Admission into Mega Meeting Workshops & lunch.

  • +$15.00 for Fimfo Water Park *Note: If you will ONLY be chaperoning youth and not participating in the park, you do not need to purchase a water park pass.

District Wide Community Service:

One highlight of this year’s Mega Meeting is our group community service project: making tie blankets for the children’s hospital! We need your help to make this a HUGE success. Here’s how you can support:

1. Donate Supplies: Even if you can’t attend Mega Meeting, you can still be involved! Donate supplies through our Amazon Wish List, and they will be shipped directly to us.
