CLUB ED:CLUB MANAGER TRAINING AGENDA SERIES RESOURCES

The following resources have been compiled by the Strengthening Clubs Initiative Team, a work group of the Expanding The Quality Local 4-H Experience. Special Thanks to those team members for their input and collaboration on this project.

There are four Club Manager Training Agendas, each designed with three topics. It is recommended that counties plan club manager trainings quarterly. These topics are the CORE CONTENT that should be covered with all club managers.

The months listed below are RECOMMENDATIONS. Counties can schedule their training to fit their program development schedule. Additional training topics will be added to the website as they are developed.
